实现影院信息的在线管理，把影院信息管理、在线售票、财务管理等日常管理工作实行统一管理，以提高工作效率和管理水平。
项目用户分为普通用户和管理员， 普通用户可以管理自己的博客，具体的功能有登录、注册、查看文章、进行评论、回复、收藏、取消收藏、发布文章（编辑文章、删除文章、查询文章、删除评论）、更改个人信息、上传头像等。 管理员可以迸行対前台所有一切操作的管理（用户、角色、权限、公告、文章、评论等）。
