win10下python代码打包成exe文件并作为服务后在后台运行，开机自启
1. pip install pyinstaller
2. pyinstaller -F app.py
3. nssm下载地址：https://nssm.cc/ci/nssm-2.24-101-g897c7ad.zip
4. 在nssm的文件夹打开cmd,执行：nssm install xxx(这里随便给自己的服务起个名字)
5. 加载打包app.exe的路径
6. 接着搜索“服务”，来到服务界面，找到自己命名的服务，右键启动即可！
